As the founder, Lauren brings over 14 years of experience in research operations, grant strategy, regulatory systems, and cross-sector collaboration. Her work spans federal programs, academic institutions, and public health initiatives, with deep expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and institutional frameworks

As the co-founder, Kassandra brings a background in organizational leadership, communication, and community engagement. Her experience includes managing large-scale programs, leading staff development, and building systems that support student success and institutional collaboration.
